The Brethren Archivists and Historians Network has published the call for papers for the 11th International Brethren History Conference, 4-6 July 2023, at Shallowford, Stone, Staffordshire.
The theme of the conference is "The Brethren and the Last Things".
Plenary speakers include:
- Dr Andrew Crome, The 19th-century context
- Dr Mark Sweetnam, The Rapture
- Prof David MacLeod, Brethren and the Millennium
- Dr Amy Johnson Frykholm, Rapture Culture [TBC]
- Prof Mark Stevenson, Eschatology and Spirituality: Heavenly-Mindedness
- Dr Neil Summerton, Dissenters from standard Brethren Thinking
Paper submissions should be sent to the conference organizer, Dr Tim Grass (tgrass.work@gmail.com), by 31 May 2023.
